Based on a xarel·lo wine base, infused with distilled ethanol from aromatic herbs like fennel, mint, basil, lavender, ginger root, hops and green pepper.
Naturally pink thanks to a final maceration with grape skins, Aperoli is fresh, slightly bitter and full of Mediterranean personality.
14% ABV, lightly sweetened. Served on the rocks or in our classic recipe: 40 ml Aperoli, 40 ml prosecco, two ice cubes and a slice of orange.
